This class focuses on the core principles of Pilates—alignment, breathwork, and controlled movement—using the reformer machine. While it’s an excellent starting point for beginners, it’s equally valuable for experienced clients who want to refine their technique, strengthen their foundation, and reconnect with the essentials.

Foundational Flow

Designed for clients who already have a foundation in Pilates, it challenges you to refine technique, deepen core engagement, and explore greater strength and mobility.

Intermediate Flow

This class zeroes in on two powerhouse areas: your core and your glutes. Using the reformer, you’ll move through controlled, low-impact exercises designed to strengthen your abs, lift and tone your glutes, and improve hip and pelvic stability. Perfect for clients who want to build strength, definition, and balance in their foundation.

Abs & Glutes Flow

This high-energy reformer class incorporates the jumpboard for a fun, low-impact cardio burn. You’ll alternate between jumping sequences and strength-based reformer exercises to elevate your heart rate, challenge coordination, and sculpt your entire body. Perfect for clients looking to add a cardio element to their practice while staying gentle on the joints.

Jump Flow

A supportive and empowering Pilates class designed specifically for expecting and new mothers. This class focuses on safe, low-impact movement to build core stability, improve posture, and release tension in the body. You’ll work through breath-centered exercises that strengthen the pelvic floor, support the spine, and restore energy.

Postnatal & Prenatal Flow

A therapeutic reformer-based class led by our in-house Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dr. Hend. Designed to improve posture, mobility, and core stability while relieving tension and supporting a healthier spine. Perfect for anyone managing back discomfort, recovering from injury, or looking to build long-term back strength.
